COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT & EXTERNAL RELATIONS DIRECTOR
Emily Ngoan is a dedicated member of HIF who came to faith and was baptized here in 2014. With over a decade of experience in human resources and corporate operations, she brings her professional expertise into ministry by developing systems, empowering teams, and building strategic partnerships that serve both the Church and the wider community. Emily holds a Master of Arts in Transformational Leadership and has completed various biblical and ministry training programs, including courses from Hanoi International Bible School, theological training, and the Business Discipleship Training Course (BDTC) with YWAM. She also served as a missionary in Kurdistan (Iraq) and the Philippines, where she developed a deep love for holistic community outreach and intercultural service. At HIF, Emily leads CityPartners and oversees all outreach ministries, including Alpha, Spotlight, Sports Fellowship, and Global Partners. Her role focuses on strategic planning, strengthening partnerships, and mobilizing volunteers across ministries. She also supports the Lead Pastor in building relationships with local churches, NGOs, and government leaders—representing HIF in collaborative efforts to bless the city and share the Gospel.
