On April 5th , despite the rainy weather, an impressive 70 volunteers gathered at Ngoai Giao Doan Park for a meaningful Community Serve Day organized by CityPartners and its associate partner organizations.
Together, the volunteers collected an estimated 1.5 tons of trash, contributing to cleaner and greener spaces for all who use the park. As a long-term contribution to the upkeep of the space, HIF City Partners donated five trash bins to the park—aiming to support ongoing efforts to keep it clean and welcoming.
This event would not have been possible without the collaboration and support of several key organizations. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the Xuan Tao People’s Committee, Ngoai Giao Doan Park Management Team, Standard Chartered Bank, Hanoi International Fellowship, Love Hanoi, and Keep Vietnam Clean for their partnership and for sending volunteers to serve alongside us.
Most importantly, we would like to recognize and thank every individual who came out to volunteer. It was truly wonderful to see your energy, commitment, and heart to serve.
Thank you for helping to make this Community Serve Day a success!

As a church in the city, HIF is called to love our neighbors and to love Hanoi. Together as expats & locals, we choose to be a blessing to the city and to contribute to society while we live and work in Hanoi. The “Love Hanoi” campaign aims to inspire people, churches, organizations, and corporations alike to love our city and serve our communities. Promotional products provide daily reminders that we are here to love the people of Hanoi.
“And work for the peace and prosperity of the city where I sent you into exile. Pray to the Lord for it, for its welfare will determine your welfare.”

“I pray that your partnership with us in the faith may be effective in deepening your understanding of every good thing we share for the sake of Christ.”

HIF has a great pool of experienced people from 50+ nations. They are linked to many organizations, churches, corporations, and friends around the world. We aim to connect people and resources with churches and charitable organizations here in Hanoi. Each month during HIF’s Sunday services, partners and projects are introduced for people to participate in and to support.
“By 2050, the world’s urban population is expected to nearly double, making urbanization one of the twenty-first century’s most transformative trends.”
