We urgently need more volunteers to help make this event truly amazing!
– Parking Coordination
Help direct traffic and guide guests to designated parking spots with a warm smile and a helping hand.
– Guest Registration
Be the friendly face at the check-in table, welcoming attendees and making sure everyone gets registered smoothly.
– Welcoming & Ushering
Greet guests as they arrive and assist with seating, directions, and general hospitality throughout the day.
– Games & Fun Activities
Help set up, run, and supervise games and entertainment – making sure kids (and adults!) have a blast.
