Use this form to apply to use any portion of the HIF Facility at: 17th floor, Detech Tower, 8c Ton That Thuyet, My Dinh, Hanoi.
Note that if you are a local church, you must have government registration in order to use HIF’s facilities. For more information please email: booking@hif.vn

*PLEASE NOTE*

 – Please read our Facility Booking Policy AND this web page thoroughly before submitting your request.

 – Requests will be reviewed 2x per week: on Tuesday mornings and on Friday mornings. We will respond to you within 3-4 business days.

 – Do not text or call the administrative assistant with requests or questions; you MUST email booking@hif.vn for all communication regarding your facility usage request. All other forms of communication will be disregarded.

 – Please fill out the form in English to the best of your ability

– NO requests for Saturday evenings will be accepted

– NO requests for Mondays will be accepted

– If media and tech assistance and/or training is needed, please email booking@hif.vn to set up a training or to request a media assistant for an additional fee (see policy below for details)

Sử dụng đơn này để đăng kí sử dụng bất kì phần nào của cơ sở HIF tại: tầng 17, tòa nhà Detech, số 8C Tôn Thất Thuyết, Mỹ Đình, Hà Nội.
Lưu ý rằng nếu bạn thuộc hội thánh địa phương, bạn cần có giấy đăng kí sinh hoạt tập trung với nhà nước để sử dụng HIF.
